I am a director with many years experience directing brand films, documentaries and drama and creating trailers for theatre.

I started my film making career in the camera department and have won awards for my work both as a cinematographer and a director. This gives me a strong visual style and the ability to quickly assess the best way to achieve shots and tell a story from both a technical and a creative perspective.

From concept to completion I can work with you every step of the way to create content that is creative, engaging and effective.

I have directed actors and models and and am experienced in conducting interviews with celebrities, CEOs and nervous members of the public who are terrified by being on camera!

As well as being able to light and shoot with all types of cameras, I can edit using both Premiere CC and FCPX.

Now based in the South West of England I am always happy to travel and have made films all over the world.

As well as working freelance, Chris is also a director of Preston Street Films, a documentary production company based in Exeter.
